Use the FFT example, and find sounds which have :

A very high frequency

Dangling keys being shook rapidly.

A very specific frequency

This is my electric tooth brush against a wine glass, if I held it just right, I could get a specific frequency on the left. It was hard to keep it in the correct position though.

Energy in all frequencies

I created this sound by banging a metal spoon against a metal drink mixer.

Very low frequencies

Banging the kitchen cabinet door shut, but I could not slam it too hard because it is late.
