For this I tried to create sort of a drum-keyboard on the iPhone that could be played by swinging the iphone like a drumstick... it was very difficult to get the kind of info i wanted from the acceleromiter. I'm not too thrilled with this one but it does work somewhat. The code needs to be compiled with the latest version ofxIphone (from the svn) and with the iphone addon dependencies that I link under the source.
